We are in San Juan del Sur, which is located on the Southern side of the Nicaraguan Pacific Coastline. Our development of seven luxury villas is situated within the area of Congo Hills near Remanso Beach.

Less than three kilometers to the famous Remanso beach, a reknown surfers destination, where several bars line the stunning beach. Less than a five minute walk from the property, a small shop is available with all the essentials for the home. In addition, a small supermarket is just a five minute drive away.

From the villas, the drive to the quaint town of San Juan del Sur takes about 12 minutes where you can find a number of supermarkets as well as a variety of local markets selling vegetables and fresh fish.
